Police: Man exposed himself to young teen
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany police are looking for a man who they say exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl on Lancaster Street Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the man dropped his pants and started inappropriately touching himself in front of the teen. The girl ran home and her dad immediately called police.
