GERMANTOWN, N.Y. -- A Columbia County man is dead after State Police say he flipped his tractor while plowing his driveway. It happened just after 9 p.m. Friday night in Germantown.

Troopers say the 23-year-old was digging out his driveway when his tractor went off the edge of the road and rolled down a 15 foot embankment. He was taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital where he died.
