HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- New York State Police say there were more than 100 minor accidents in the lower Hudson Valley region. There were also a number of disabled vehicles.

Interstate 84 remains closed to commercial traffic from the Pennsylvania state line to the Connecticut state line due to winter weather conditions.

Although most roadways are open, drivers are urged to avoid unnecessary travel.
