COLUMBIA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Ancramdale man has been arrested after State Troopers say he was driving drunk and his BAC was four times over the legal limit.

John Oakley, 39, was driving on Toute 22 in Copake around 10:15 p.m. on Sunday. He was stopped after State Troopers saw him drifting into the other lane.

Troopers say a breath test showed Oakley had a BAC of .32. He's been charged with aggravated DWI, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and not having his vehicle registered, among other charges.
