Facebook posts land man in jail
EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. -- Police say a life-threatening Facebook message has landed an East Greenbush man behind bars.
East Greenbush PD arrested John Halacy, 23, after they say posts he wrote on Facebook indicated his intention to inflict harm on someone else. He's facing aggravated harassment charges.
Halacy was arraigned and remanded to county jail pending bail. He's due back in court on January 10th.
