CATSKILL, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a man under Leandra's law after police say he was driving drunk with a teen in his car.

Police say Joshua Moore, 41, of Catskill, was driving through the Jefferson Mobile Home Park off County Route 23B with a BAC of .13. Police say Moore also had a 15-year-old in the car.

Moore was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and felony DWI. He will be back in court next week.
