TROY, N.Y. – There is still no verdict in the voter fraud retrial in Troy. Jurors deciding the fate of the Rensselaer County Democratic Board of Elections Commissioner will be back Thursday morning after deliberating all day Wednesday.

Ed McDonough is accused of forging ballots in 2009 to secure the Working Families Party line. He's charged with second degree forgery and possession of a forged instrument.

On Wednesday, jurors submitted a note requesting to see a report compiled by the prosecution's handwriting expert. That request was denied.

McDonough faces a total of 62 counts.
