Fosmer sentenced to three years in prison for assaulting baby
WARREN COUNTY, N.Y. -- After pleading guilty to second degree assault, a South Glens Falls man has been sentenced to three years in prison and three years post release supervision.
Christopher Fosmer, 23, was arrested back in July and charged with second degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies say Fosmer was babysitting an acquaintance’s three-month-old baby when he allegedly grew frustrated.
While they don't know exactly how it happened, Warren County Sheriff's Deputies say the boy suffered broken bones in each shoulder.
