Sheriff’s deputies arrest man for alleged copper theft
ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Ulster County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man who they say stole copper pipes from an abandoned home in Rosendale.
Deputies say John Williams, 47, removed copper pipes, cast iron radiators and miscellaneous property from the home.
Williams was arrested for burglary, petit larceny and possession of burglar’s tools. He's being held at Ulster County Jail.
