WATERVLIET, N.Y. -- Police are searching for two people following a bank robbery in Watervliet. It happened around 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Pioneer Savings Bank.

Police said a woman approached the bank teller and demanded money. She and a man then ran out of bank and got into a black Nissan.

The vehicle then headed north on Broadway and police believe that car then met up with another vehicle.

The license plate reported from the original getaway vehicle is EED-8870.
