KINGSTON, N.Y. -- The fate of Golden Hill Health Care Center remains undecided. The Golden Hill Local Development Corporation, or the LDC, met Monday in hopes of selecting a bid for the health care center.

Back in September, six companies placed $150,000 bids to buy Golden Hill. A bid must be selected soon, otherwise the county will not have enough money to continue running the facility.

The LDC met a week ago to select a bidder, but the decision was postponed due to legal issues.
