FBI conducting investigation at Lee Police Department

LEE, Mass. -- The FBI conducted an investigation at the Lee Police Department. The FBI and the state police went the to the police department on Monday night and were there for many hours.
An FBI spokesman said it was a court ordered investigation, but wouldn't tell us why they're investigating the police department.
The FBI went to a house in Pittsfield the same night.
So far, no one has been arrested.
The police department referred all questions on the matter to Town Supervisor Bob Nason. Nason had no comment on the investigation at this time.
