ALBANY, N.Y. -- Sandy victims face various challenges in looking to recover, including questions they have over filling out the necessary documents to receive funding from FEMA.

More than 1,000 attorneys from across the U.S. participated in a webinar Thursday night to learn how to help people with their questions. Those attorneys were joined by officials from the red cross and FEMA.

People who want legal advice can call a number set up by the State Bar Association and will receive a free 30-minute legal consultation from volunteer attorneys.

Call 1-800-699-5636.
