ALBANY, N.Y. -- A bistro has opened its second location in Albany. Hokkaido Bistro has set up shop in the building formerly occupied by Friendly's on Central Avenue.
The restaurant offers a variety of Asian cuisine. Their other restaurant is located in Glenmont.
