MOREAU, N.Y. -- A Glens Falls man is arrested for driving while intoxicated with a four-year-old in the car with him. State Police pulled of Donald Rafferty, 50, around 10:40 p.m. on Saturday on Route 9 in Moreau.

Troopers said Rafferty couldn't stay in his lane, and after stopping him, they discovered he was intoxicated. The child has since been turned over to a legal guardian.
