WINTHROP, N.Y. -- Two men are arrested in Montgomery County after deputies discover 13 bundles of heroine in their car during a traffic stop. Raymond Russell, 26, of Oneonta, and Arthur Lynch of Winthrop, Massachusetts were both arrested on drug charges.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department said they received a report of the two men behaving suspiciously in a car in the village of Palatine Bridge. They found the car driving down Lafayette Street, swerving along the road.

Deputies said once the car was stopped, they brought in a dog to search the car. That's when police said the canine found 13 package of heroine, money with drug residue on it, and other drug paraphernalia. Russell was also charged with a DWI.
