ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. -- There's a traffic alert for drivers in Orange County.

Anyone taking Route 17 and Interstate 84 in Orange County can expect some slow-downs Tuesday to accommodate utility work.

Route 17 is closed in both directions until 11:45 a.m. between Exit 125 and Exit 127. I-84 will be closed in both directions from 12:45 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. between Exit 2 and Exit 3.

Drivers are being urged to be careful when traveling in these areas.
