WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Washington County man is being held in the county jail after the Sheriff says he was arrested and charged with rape.

William M. Suba, 54, of Kingsbury, has been accused of having sexual contact with a 10-year-old and 14-year-old girl last month. The Sheriff's office says Suba had contact with the two girls last month at his former home in Comstock.

Suba was charged with rape and sexual abuse.

According to the investigation, Suba was familiar with both of the girls.
