NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. -- President Barack Obama will make his way back to the World Trade Center site today. The president will join Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Governor Andrew Cuomo to look at the rebuilding efforts and tour One World Trade Center. President Obama will also sign a beam that will be installed in the building.

It's the president's first visit to the site since the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.

PATH trains to and from the World Trade Center will be suspended while the president is Downtown. His visit to the city will also mean street closures and traffic tie-ups.
