ALBANY, N.Y. -- Stuyvesant Plaza ushered in the holiday season at their annual Holiday Open House.
Plaza stores showed off their savory samplings, glittering gifts and, of course, great sales Saturday.
The Retail Council of New York State expects a lukewarm shopping season because of the lingering impact of Hurricane Sandy, but shoppers at Stuyvesant Plaza still felt like they were walking in a winter wonderland. The plaza debuted their traditional holiday music and lights.
Holiday shopping hours start in just a few days, on Black Friday.
